Products I’ve used to help me lose weight and stay fit

You can do all of this with out using any of the products that I’m about to show you, but I’ve personally used all of them, and they do help. This is in no way a scheme to take your money, I just set this page up so that if you were going to purchase these products anyway that I told you about in my video, you would throw a small amount of compensation my way by using these links, but like I said, you can have an amazing weight loss journey without any of these products.

First of is DDR, the first real product that got me started on weight loss, without this, I don’t know where would have been. You can get it for the Wii, Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and even the Playstation 2

Next up is P90X. This is an amazing workout, and my abs have thanked me a lot for it.

Lastly, we have Insanity, as far as doing cardio and burning through the fat, this pretty much takes the cake(bad one, sorry), also it lives up to it’s name.
