I don’t claim to know everything about health, but I did lose 125 pounds working out and eating right(feel free to read more about my story). I research everything I post here on healthybodyliving.com, and some of those things you can expect to find are

Is there a video that says what the major diet changes were or how you ate on a daily basis to lose weight and maintain? Did you follow a low carb diet?
